We will kick off your project with a collaborative email marketing strategy session. During this 60 minute call, we will map out your email nurture sequence, lead magnet, and newsletter template!

We will then get to work bringing your designs and templates to life. We will build everything out for you inside of your Flodesk account so that you don’t have to lift a finger.
design phase / week 2
Once your email marketing system is tested and ready to go, we will send you a wrap up email with a personal Loom video walk through & a library of standard email marketing SOP videos.

Our custom Flodesk projects typically take 3 weeks, but each project's timeline ultimately depends on the total scope of the project. You are able to customize your project with our collection of add-on services. Once you submit your proposal. invoice, and signed contract, our Project Manager will outline your project's timeline with due dates inside of our onboarding email!
What is the project timeline?
There will be 2 rounds of revisions the custom newsletter design, branded lead magnet, and the welcome email sequence included in this package. If you require additional rounds, a $150 fee per additional round will be added to your invoice.
how many rounds of revisions do you offer?
We now offer three flexible payment plan options for our clients - pay in full, 2 monthly payments, or 4 monthly payments. If you select a payment plan, the due dates and totals of each installment will be outlined in your project's contract and onboarding email.
what is the payment schedule?
All available start dates are listed in the proposal. We do require at least two weeks before your start date to ensure you have plenty of time to complete all of our pre-project tasks. Please keep in mind that in order to adhere to our project timeline it's best to select a timeframe when you're not traveling and able to provide quick feedback to avoid delay fees.
when can i start my project?
Lead magnets are absolutely necessary when it comes to growing your email list. When working on your Flodesk project, you will select either a "How We Work" Guide, Package Pricing Guide, or Destination Packing List for your lead magnet.
what kind of lead magnet do you recommend?
Yes! We do not offer ANY email marketing services in any other platform outside of Flodesk. If you do not have a Flodesk account but are interested in migrating your existing list to this new platform, we do offer this inside our a la carte services menu.
