Your proposal & select your start date

While you are busy servicing clients and growing your business, we will be int he background implementing our workflow into your CRM. This includes over 35 emails, 14 forms, 2 tasks lists, and automation (where applicable)!

Once your start date is confirmed, we will send you our workflow questionnaire to complete! This is where you will upload your brand kit and CRM login information. Then, grab your glass of wine & relax while we get to work. 

Once everything is just right, we will send you a standard Loom training explaining how to use your new workflow. Then all you have to do is familiarize yourself with the process through some testing and get ready to launch and WOW your clients!

Our standard payment terms for workflow projects are 50% of the total invoice due upfront to reserve your start date and 50% of the total invoice due upon completion of the project. All final tutorials and wrap up documents will be delivered after final payment is received.

+ what is the payment schedule?

In order to bring the client workflow of your dreams to life, we will need you to complete our Workflow Questionnaire. This is where you will upload your brand kit and share your CRM login information. You will need an active subscription in whatever system that you select - TravelJoy, Dubsado, or TESS & Travefy. 

+ what do i need ready before we start?

All of our available start dates are listed inside of the workflow proposal. When you go to book your project, you will select the start date you prefer. A team member will reach out within 48 hrs to confirm your start date and send you the onboarding documents to prep for your project! 

+ when can we start my project?

You can click HERE to submit the inquiry form. You will be sent an email with the workflow proposal! To book your project, you will select your package and add-ons, then enter your information. Once you submit your proposal, sign our contract, and apply your first payment, you are officially booked! A team member will then reach out within 48 hrs to confirm your start date and outline the onboarding process. 

+ how do i reserve my start date?

At this time we only implement our workflow into TravelJoy, Dubsado, and TESS/Travefy. If you work in a different CRM and do not want to change at this time - we get it and recommend purchasing our Standard Workflow Bundle form the shop! If you are not loving your current system and would like to talk about the functionality of the systems we work with, lets schedule a time to talk more! We would love to point you in the right direction based off of your goals.  

+ what if i work in a different crm?

Our workflow implementation package starts at $1,250 for TravelJoy and Dubsado, and $1,500 for TESS/Travefy. You can add-on niche workflows such as a Destination Wedding niche or a personalized systems training with our team via the project proposal.


Yes we will! We will swap in your fonts, stock images that are cohesive with your branding, and adjust colors so that your branding flows throughout your client experience.
