so, how does it work?

review our workflow process

01.

select your package and sign the proposal.

Select the package that you are interested in to access our proposals! There is where you can review the package details, include any a la carte additions, and apply the retainer. If you would prefer to talk through a proposal first, use the link at the bottom of this page to schedule a pre-project call with us! 

02.

reserve your project's start date.

After everything is signed, sealed, and delivered a member of our team will reach out with a new steps email. This email will contain a link to schedule a pre-project meeting with Robin. On this call we will dive deeper into what you would like to see in your website and branding, the why behind your business, and anything we will need to create a strategic brand and website. 

03.

COMPLETE THE (FUN) CLIENT HOMEWORK

After everything is signed, sealed, and delivered a member of our team will reach out with a next steps email. This email will contain a link to schedule a pre-project meeting and access to your project's Trello board. Trello is where where you will be able to access your client homework which will include a pre-project questionnaire and link to a joint Pinterest board (we told you it was fun homework)! All of this information is so important as it will give us a good idea of your vision.

04.

PROVIDE TIMELY FEEDBACK AND EDITS

Our design weeks are scheduled to be timely so that we can ensure a quick launch of your new brand and website! Please make sure that you schedule a design timeframe where you are able to provide quick feedback. All brand and website drafts will be uploaded into Trello so we recommend downloading the Trello app on your phone so that you are notified when feedback is requested on your project. 

05.

POP THE CHAMPAGNE
& LAUNCH!

Put some bubbles on ice and get ready to launch your new brand and/or website! Once all details are finalized you will be given an organized GoogleDrive file of brand deliverables including logos, color codes, font files, and more. You will also receive a comprehensive Loom video walking you through how to edit your website so that you can feel confident maintaining your new web presence.

We only start one project per week to give our clients the individual attention we feel they deserve, so start dates are on a first come first serve basis.

When you click the proposal link and select your package, there will be a drop down menu of available start dates. We will confirm your start date only after the deposit amount is applied and all contracts are signed.

Yes! Our standard payment terms are 25% up front, 25% at the start of your project, and the remaining due within 72 hours of your project's completion date. 

However, we know what investing in your business can be scary so if you would prefer to spread payments out over the duration of your project, let us know before your contract is signed and we can create a schedule that better aligns with your comfort level.

Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases can not be returned or refunded.

Our project timelines are setup in a way that allows me to focus my attention on small numbers of clients at a time, so we try to over communicate these deadlines in advance to prevent any delays.

When selecting a start date, please ensure that your project is a priority in your schedule so that you are able to provide timely feedback. Should you miss a deadline there will be a penalty of $100 per week applied to your invoice.
