Our trademarked client experience workflow is what put TIQUE on the travel industry map, but now we are kicking it up a notch! With years of experience under our belt, we are launching this new service for travel advisors who feel that one size fits all doesn’t work for their business. 

With our Client Experience Design package, you will get a fully customize workflow designed in TravelJoy exclusively for your travel business. 

We will design up to 5 custom task lists based on the clients that you serve and the types of trips that you book. Each task list will include up to 10 canned emails & 5 forms.

Based on our curated task lists, our team will begin designing your client forms and questionnaires. We will use decision making psychology to be sure that we are asking the right questions.

Just like your forms, we will list out all of the canned emails we need and begin drafting your copy. This will be a collaborative process so that we ensure to capture your brand's tone.

We will kick off our project with a workflow mapping session where we will outline your new and improved client experience together. Then, we work our magic to create the following assets for you…

Inside of TravelJoy we will customize all of your confirmation templates and create invoice templates for your unique service suite & pricing.

Then we will have our design team start creating beautiful branded documents to link inside of your workflow, like a client welcome packet, pricing guide, packing list, etc.

A fan favorite! We will customize your email header graphics to ensure that your visual brand identity is consistent throughout your booking process.

We will kick off your project with a collaborative workflow mapping strategy session. During this 90 minute call, we will build your 5 task lists. Our team will leave with a list of forms, emails, client documents, & templates to start building for your project!

We will use our workflow mapping session as a guide to start creating all of the emails, forms, invoice templates, confirmation templates, & other client documents for your refined experience.

Once all of our templates, forms, and documents are approved by you, we will begin the building phase of our process. We will be working directly inside of your TravelJoy account to upload all templates & create each of your task lists.

Finally, we will wrap up your project with a 1:1 workflow training on your new workflow. During this one hour Zoom call, we will review your new system & introduce you to your new library of SOP videos to set you up for success!

Our custom client experience projects typically take 4 weeks, but each project's timeline ultimately depends on the total scope of the project. You are able to customize your project with our collection of add-on support services. Once you submit your proposal. invoice, and signed contract, our Project Manager will outline your project's timeline with due dates inside of our onboarding email!

What is the project timeline?

This package includes 3 rounds of revisions for your client experience workflow map and 2 rounds of revisions for task list templates, canned emails, client questionnaires & forms, confirmation & invoice templates, client experience document designs, and any a la carte services. If you require additional rounds, a $150 fee per additional round will be added to your invoice.

how many rounds of revisions do you offer?

We now offer three flexible payment plan options for our clients - pay in full, 2 monthly payments, or 4 monthly payments. If you select a payment plan, the due dates and totals of each installment will be outlined in your project's contract and onboarding email.

what is the payment schedule?

All available start dates are listed below in the questionnaire section. We do require at least two weeks before your start date to ensure you have plenty of time to complete all of our pre-project tasks. Please keep in mind that in order to adhere to our project timeline it is best to select a timeframe when you are not traveling and able to provide quick feedback to avoid delay fees.

when can i start my project?

At this time, yes because we are the most familiar with the software and all of it's functionality. However, we are always looking to expand our offerings and knowledge of industry systems.

Do you only implement in TravelJoy?

Absolutely! You will be able to revise the email graphics while you are reviewing all of your canned emails. Before we implement anything into your TravelJoy account, we will send you a final approval form with links to all of your brand assets.

Do I provide feedback on design elements like email graphics?

Late or failure to submit pre-project forms on time will result in moving your start date and subsequent fees that are outlined inside of our contract. When selecting your start date, please make sure that you give yourself enough time to complete all pre-project assignments and are able to provide timely feedback throughout your project.

What happens if I can't complete the homework in time?
