is there a payment plan available for these templates?

As soon as payment is made and the templates are downloaded, they become available for use by the buyer. Unlike physical products, digital items cannot be returned or resold. am I able to exchange versions if I switch platforms?
We apologize, but we cannot fulfill requests for template swaps as this product is purely digital. We suggest purchasing templates that are compatible with your current CRM software.
