Our Design Framework



We always start brand projects by defining your brand goals, who your ideal client is, and what makes you different. Our Creative Director, Amandolin, will use this information to deliver initial creative direction concepts with mood board and keywords that will serve as the foundation for your visual brand.  



After you have approved the creative direction, Amandolin will get started on creating your three initial brand design concepts. Our Signature Brand includes three rounds of revisions as we work together to create brand that both you and your ideal client will love!



Finally, we will begin the process of exporting all of your new brand assets. After we receive your signed brand approval sub agreement, Amandolin will export your logos in all of your brand colors and deliver everything in your brand suite (logos, fonts, colors) inside of an organized Google Drive.

Your brand is so much more than just a logo. It’s how your clients experience your brand at every turn. That is why our design process always starts with strategy so that we can ensure your brand is communicating your values in your visuals.

Branding projects typically take 3 weeks, but each project's timeline ultimately depends on the total scope of the project. You are able to customize your project with our collection of add-on design services. Once you submit your proposal. invoice, and signed contract, our Project Manager will outline your project's timeline with due dates inside of our onboarding email!

What is the project timeline?

There will be 2 rounds of revisions for creative direction, 3 rounds for branding, and 2 rounds for any add-on services included in your package. If you require additional rounds, a $150 fee per additional round will be added to your invoice.

how many rounds of revisions do you offer?

We now offer three flexible payment plan options for our clients - pay in full, 2 monthly payments, or 4 monthly payments. If you select a payment plan, the due dates and totals of each installment will be outlined in your project's contract and onboarding email.


All available start dates are listed in the proposal. We do require at least two weeks before your start date to ensure you have plenty of time to complete all of our pre-project tasks. Please keep in mind that in order to adhere to our project timeline it's best to select a timeframe when you're not traveling and able to provide quick feedback to avoid delay fees.

what is the payment schedule?

We ask that you have a clear vision for your brand and an understanding of your ideal client or travel niche before we get started to prevent delays in the design process. Our Brand Vision Questionnaire will help you think through these questions and provide additional resources if you need any help! The questionnaire is due 72 hours prior to your project start date.

What do I need before we start?

Late or failure to submit pre-project forms on time will result in moving your start date and subsequent fees that are outlined inside of our contract. When selecting your start date, please make sure that you give yourself enough time to complete all pre-project assignments and are able to provide timely feedback throughout your project.

What happens if I can't complete the homework in time?

Yes, but it is a service exclusively offered to our branding clients. We offer website template implementations and website template customization packages inside of our "Project Add-Ons" form located inside the client portal. The template implementation service starts at $2,800 and the template customization service starts at $3,500. 

do you still do websites?

We offer a $200 discount for any clients who opt to pay in full. We also offer discounts to those who opt to bundle services with us, such as The Signature Brand + The 30 Day Social Strategy (perfect for anyone needing help launching their new brand). Clients who choose to bundle multiple services with us will receive $200 off each of the packages.
